Granfarmaciaonline offers to its customers the right to return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of receipt. Any item can be returned as long as it is provided as the customer received it in its original packaging, as the product is subject to depreciation, and is in perfect condition and unused beyond mere product testing.

The product must be in perfect condition, returned in its original packaging, with manuals and accessories. Please keep all materials in the order, including the package because we will make the expertise of the product, and proceed to replace it in a new shipment.

The shipping and collect costs incurred will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases, in which the costs shall be borne by Granfarmaciaonline:

If the product arrives damaged or has been tampered, you must specify in the delivery note. The dealer must sign the delivery note as received your claim. 1. Farmacia Cárdenes Altavista (Pharmacy) does not accept returns of medications or drugs once they have been sent and delivered to the customer, except those medicaments given by mistake, they did not belong to the purchase or have been damaged during the shipment. In all cases, returned drugs will go to its destruction through integrated systems of existing waste management.

2. The consumer user will have the right to be refund of the medication and the reimbursement of the amount paid in any case when the delivery period exceeds a 50% of the time specified in the purchase for not attributable to the same causes.
